Cold buffet is for short term preserving and serving of cold food on temperature +3°C to +5°C

Dimensions (length x width x height) 1200 x 650 x 1400 mm

• Mechanical thermostat
• Cold basin can hold 3x (GN 1/1 150) GN-containers
• Buffet has a stainless steel upper surface with lightning and a clear glass sneeze guard
• It is possible to fold up the side surfaces to save space and fit through standard doors
• Side panels are easily changeable if needed
• Buffet has durable 360° turning “Manner” casters, diameter 100mm. Two casters have brakes
• Neutral two-doored cabinet in the lower part of the buffet
