Drop in cold surface is for short term preserving and serving of cold food on temperature +3°C to +5°C
- Integrable into a frame or working surface with a cutout of 1100×575mm, which must be opened and can not be oppressively closed underneath
- Mechanical thermostat
- Fits 3x (GN 1/1) GN-containers or plates/platters
- Stainless steel upper surface (any 1200mm top or external surface) with lightning and a clear glass sneeze guard can be added on order
