• Digital thermostat
• Hot basin has a horizontal water level sensor to protect the heating element
• Hot basin can hold 4x (GN 1/1 150) GN-containers
• Buffet has a stainless steel upper surface with lightning and a clear glass sneeze guard
• It is possible to fold up the side surfaces to save space and fit through standard doors
• Side panels are easily changeable if needed
• Buffet has durable 360° turning “Manner” casters, diameter 100mm. Two casters have brakes
• Neutral two-doored cabinet in the lower part of the buffet
